Our Story

We are a boutique guitar manufacturer in San Francisco, and we build small batch, limited run guitars with custom-wound pickups. Each guitar is meticulously crafted from hand-selected aged hardwoods, and the finest components.

LAMPHEN is the result of our relentless search for the perfect guitar. We couldn’t find the sound we were looking for, so we created it. The interplay between our unique woods and custom pickup designs helps to produce our distinctive tone. Because every LAMPHEN design is unique, each has its own sound and personality.
